We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Covered:

Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by external factors
- Unauthorized modifications
We may repair, replace, or offer store credit at our discretion.
Section 22 – Product Use Disclaimer
VacVacBag products are intended for travel clothing compression only.
You agree:
- Not to use the product for liquids, food, or hazardous materials
- Not to rely on the product for airline compliance decisions
Improper use may result in damage not covered under warranty.
Section 23 – Dispute Policy
All disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the order date.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
Late claims may be denied if carrier data confirms delivery.
Critical issues you still need to fix
- Missing address → weak legal enforceability
- No legal entity → limits protection
- No privacy policy → required for US (especially with ads + tracking)
